We want to make sure you LOVE your purchases as much as we loved getting them here for you. Should an item be faulty upon your receipt we will gladly exchange or refund the item. Please make sure however that you have made contact with us within 7 days of recieving the items.Anything outside of this timeframe we will need to review.

 7 Days to lodge the return on our site and 14 days to ensure the garment is returned to us

 1. Exchange for another Size

 2. exchange for another item

 3. Store Credit allocated to your account so that when something New you love arrives you can spend it!


We will honour our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, if an item is faulty.


Any items sent back must be completely unworn and still have all Labelling and tags attached. Any garments that have been clearly worn or damaged wil be sent back and no exchange/ credit given.


Please make sure to read any measurement decriptions throughly as we do not refund based on change of mind or incorrect sizing. Although if we have a better size available we will endeavour to change for you .

 We do our Best to Provide you with a Generic Measurement Chart. All our brands are different , where possible we have advised on the item if we suggest an item is smaller than standard. Measurements for each garment can be provided on request. Please email kim@vivalamoda.co.nz


Any items sent back for exchange will be at the customers expense. Anything after this is at the discretion of Viva La Moda  and if required will be at the buyers Cost. For example if you need to exchange something more than once the cost of outgoing and incoming courier is at the buyers expense,


 Should an item Not fit and you wish to return but there is no available size we will gladly Offer a store Credit. The Store Credit cannot be exchanged for a refund.
