How Do I Join Vival La Moda Loyalty Program?
Create a Viva La Moda customer account and you will automatically become part of our program. Or you can join by using our loyalty program widget at the bottom of the page.

How do I earn loyalty points?
Earn 1 point for every $2 you spend online or in-store*. Each time you spend, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. There are also plenty of other ways to earn loyalty points under the Earn tab of your loyalty profile, including referring friends and keep an eye on our facebook and instagram accounts as we will  have extra reward points for selected collections.  Ensure you select receive marketing as we will also send you emails with deals and specials.  Use your loyalty points to receive discount codes to be used at your next purchase.

How do I check my loyalty points balance and redeem rewards?
You can check your balance and rewards anytime by clicking 'Check Rewards' on our website. Each time you shop online or in store, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. From here, you can click through to your loyalty profile, where you can redeem rewards. 

How do I use my rewards?
When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you'll be able to redeem it for a reward coupon. You can use your reward coupon during checkout. Just copy and paste your code into the Discount box and click 'Apply'. Note, you can only use one coupon code per order.

You can use use your reward in-store, just let one of our staff know at time of purchase.

Terms and Conditions 

• Viva La Moda reserves the right to modify points or cancel coupons at any time.
• Rewards can only be redeemed once.
• Rewards are not transferable. You cannot add points to another members account, or redeem points from another members account. 
• Any shipping fees do not earn reward points
• Reward points will not be added to sale items.
• Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Rewards cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.
• If you redeem your reward online for a purchase less than the full value of the coupon, the balance of the coupon is not redeemable on another purchase.
• Any points earned on purchases refunded will be deducted from your points balance.
• Store Credits do not earn loyalty points as you have already earned these points from the original purchase
• If you return any of the items purchased with a reward, the reward discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit. Rewards will be returned as store credit.
• Points expire after 1 year.
